OUR SHIPPING NETWORK
At present moment, all online orders will be shipped straight from our warehouse in Bali. We ship worldwide using FedEx and EMS Mail.

STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders, your items will be shipped using EMS Mail (In cooperation with USPS) insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING (FEDEX) 
FedEx shipping is also available at extra cost.

For every purchase, expect us to take between 2-3 business days to process your order and to prepare them to be shipped to you.

UNITED STATES & CANADA
Shipment to the U.S. Mainland & Canada takes approximately 7 Business Days.*

ASIA PACIFIC & MIDDLE EAST
Shipment to Asia Pacific & Middle East takes approximately 4-7 Business Days.*

MAINLAND EUROPE
Shipment to Continental Europe takes approximately 6-8 Business Days.*

UNITED KINGDOM & IRELAND
Shipment to the United Kingdom & Ireland 7-9 Business Days.*

CUSTOMS STATEMENT

Buyers are responsible for paying any additional customs duty/fees. Shipping to certain countries, there might be additional customs fees due upon arrival of your item. Please not that certain countries will return the shipment in the event that customs duty is not paid on time.

We are not responsible for this, please verify with your local Customs Agency to make sure you know what to expect to pay when the item is brought into your country.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We love to see you satisfied with your purchase, therefore we highly recommend that you contact us first before making a purchase should you have any questions about sizing, materials, etc. We would be glad to help you.

However, all sales on our store is final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges or store credits unless you contact us to submit a claim first, and your basis for return are for reasons not more than these specific conditions:

 

  • Item has been delivered broken or damaged*
  • Incorrect sizing*

 

*To claim a return, item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, complete with original packaging, papers, booklets, along with the original invoice. Buyers are responsible for return shipment fees unless discussed prior with Management.
